| Master Level |
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor Degree from any discipline; OR
- For those who have the necessary work experience but whose higher education
qualifications are not at degree level (or equivalent) can also apply but the
approval is subject to the university evaluation report.

| Degree Level |
Applicants should have:
- Completed GCE 'O' level or Year 10 from an approved institution.
- A Standard/Advance Diploma or its equivalent from an approved institution;
OR
- Candidates with other qualifications and work experiences will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

| Diploma or Certificate Level |
- At least 10 years of education and have
taken a recognized national/international examinations. Possessed
at least FCE or GCE 'O' level (Any, which is equivalent to)
and passed in English Language and Mathematics.
- Mature candidates at 21 years of age and at least 1 year
working experience in managerial/executive level and able
to demonstrate proficiency in English Language.
- Otherwise, applicants should sit for CES Entrance Examinations;
serves to show proficiency in English Language and Mathematics.
