It aims to foster mutual support and to share learned experiences for the faculty. It provides selected resources designed to encourage teaching, learning, scholarship and service that transform lives.
The Library / Research / Development Departments at Camford Business School provide specialized support for tenure-track faculty as they press forward towards promotion and tenure.
The key point of this instituition-wide initiative are personalized guidance and a chain of professional workshopsy. Departments and schools maintain their accountability to administer new faculties into their cultures and to provide them with the necessary supports and information to facilitate students' success. |
