Our faculty provides information on mentorship and networking to ease the retention, promotion, and tenure of junior faculty. We conduct research on every aspects of academics and responsible in gathering student’s feedback. It aims to foster mutual support and to share learned experiences for the faculty. In addition, we provides also the selected resources designed to encourage teaching, learning, scholarship and service that transform lives.

The key point of this college-wide initiative are personalized guidance and a chain of professional workshopsy. Departments and schools maintain their accountability to administer new faculties into their cultures and to provide them with the necessary supports and information to facilitate students' success.
